About RJ Stein Photography

RJStein Photography started the photographic journey in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, however is currently living further north in Western Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh, truly a beautiful city, is a photographer’s dream. From Pittsburgh’s many bridges and waterways to the crisp, angular skyline, Pittsburgh offered RJStein Photography endless vantage points and opportunities to capture amazing shots.

The “City” is then balanced with the “Country” as RJStein Photography often returns to their roots - a love of the outdoors, nature, wide open spaces and the animals that inhabit these areas. You will find this delicate balance intertwined in the impressive works of RJStein Photography.

RJStein Photography also uses the lens to advocate and tell the story of America’s Wild Horses and how their freedom is in jeopardy. The “Wild Horse” gallery is filled with respectfully photographed wild horses from around the country. These breathtaking images each have a story to tell. A portion of the sales proceeds from the wild horse images are always donated back to the non-profits that support them. Please see the gallery for more specific information.
